50-1000kW
TCG Series
Our TCG series gas generator units are high-value distributed energy solutions tailored for stable, efficient on-site power generation. Ranging from 600KW to 2000KW, these units support both natural gas and biogas as fuel sources and achieve a high power efficiency of up to 44.4%. Each model integrates top-tier international engines and alternators, supported by advanced control systems that deliver intelligent, secure data analysis and real-time monitoring. Designed for safe, stable, and reliable long-term operation, the series minimizes downtime and ensures consistent energy output. With lean combustion technology, it achieves high efficiency and low emissions simultaneously. The modular structure enables fast installation and commissioning, while multiple configuration options adapt to various working environments.

FAQ
Where can I buy PowerLink products?
We have dealers in more than 100 countries worldwide, and you can contact local dealers to purchase products. In areas without dealers, you can contact our offices directly, and our sales experts will provide a one-on-one service with you.
Can the generator set be used in harsh weather conditions?
PowerLink generators are designed to operate in harsh environments and extreme weather conditions (recommended environmental temperature: -25℃ to 50℃, altitude ≤1000m), but we do not recommend using them under harsh conditions. In possible situations, in order to extend the life of the generator and prevent short circuits and rust, it should be protected from the influence of components as much as possible.
Do you provide transfer switches and distribution equipment to allocate power?
PowerLink currently provides automatic transfer switches and power transmission and distribution systems, which can be customized according to the actual situation of the project.
How is the generator set noise reduced?
The following three methods are usually used for noise reduction:
1) Exhaust noise reduction: exhaust noise is the main source of generator noise, and a special muffler is usually selected for noise reduction.
2) Reducing axial fan noise.
3) Sound insulation and noise reduction treatment of the machine room and generator set vibration isolation.
How is the generator set desulfurised?
Selective catalytic reduction desulfurisation technology, abbreviated as SCR, is usually used. The mixture of the unit’s flue gas, reducing agent (such as NH3, urea, etc.), and air undergoes selective catalytic reduction reaction when passing through the honeycomb or plate catalytic layer of the SCR reactor, and the NOx in the flue gas undergoes selective catalytic reduction to produce pollution-free N2 and H2O.
